Tips For Using Stamps:

When first applying ink (I usually use permanent ink such as Staz-on), you will need to reapply ink for quite a few times to remove the initial 'stickiness' or rub the stamp with a light coating of talc.

Shrink Plastic: a lot of my stamps are big enough to use on Shrink Plastic; stamp your image with permanent ink onto the rough side of plastic, colour in image & remember that the colour intensifies when the image shrinks, so go lightly!
Cut out your image leaving a slight border around and apply constant heat with your heat tool until the Shrink Plastic finally falls flat. If you wish you can then apply glitter glue to your design for a really lovely effect.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, please contact me to let me know that you are returning it in it's original condition within 14 days of the date that you have received your order.
The goods which are returned must be unopened and unused. A full refund/exchange will be given on receipt of the item’s being received by me, as long as the item’s are in the exact condition in which they were sent out. Any returns received after the 14 day period will not be re-imbursed. You can however have the option of your items being re-sent to you (postage to be paid by the customer).

PLEASE NOTE : I can only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty or an order error on my behalf. I will pay any postage on faulty returns.
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you.
